i love stuff like this getting back to the old? roots of breakdancing and a style never dies no matter what people say because someware there will always be that style breaking was a combination of poping lock and so many different styles is funny look at these and then look at the breaking now so breaking never died it just changed its look

LOL?
LOL?

you're talking ...
you're talking about gansta rap and all of it's? subgenre, not hip-hop really. but even when hiphop was born it's been gang affiliated, just like the funk era. when it comes to "thugs" they have no limits as to what they decide to do.

at the? end I liked ...
at the? end I liked that hand glide to a wind mill and back spin thought that was cool...

even if that ...
even if that comment was a joke, the truth? needs to be told. enough lies have already been spread regarding these dance styles.

"pop-lock" grew out ...
"pop-lock" grew out of the crack-cocaine epidemic?!?!? you know, youtube comment threads are routinely pretty stupid, but this comment takes the cake. the West Coast funk styles developed in the 1970s, PRIOR to the beginning of the so-called crack epidemic. They were part of the explosion of street dance art forms in mostly Black,? mostly urban, mostly low-income communities. They are a beautiful expression of creativity, and were paralleled by a renaissance in popular music styles.

Another thing for ...
Another thing for Mr Dizzyrocks2001 to do !!! but I prefer he steps to me personally? !!! 3: Educate yourself before you make an even bigger fool of yourself - Ask other old schoolers who we are and what we did in this scene !!! Talk to cats like Gizmo in toronto if you want. New Energy is the most famous old school crew from Montreal back in the day and you should talk to DKC Freeze Just because your from toronto doesn't make it the center of the universe - grow up mouthnpiece !!!

Heres a bunch? of ...
Heres a bunch? of things you can do 1: Battle my old bones directly when I'm in Toronto judging bboy events (I'm 47 and still get down and I'll roast your ass. My names Buddha 2: Post up some video of your crew and we will let others be the judge who would of roasted who !!!

Wow - Calling us ...
Wow - Calling us Toys - quite the balls for a crew I never heard of. I heard of zodiac and Wildstyle and FlipRock - but not you guys. We openned for James Brown, IceT, Grandmasyter Flash, Blackeyed peas, and battled it out many times in the early 80's in NY - and you call us toys??? Our crew nowe has 23 years history in Canada - Oh !!! Did your crew disappear and you stopped? dancing !!!! Ahhh !!!

All these new ...
All these new school b-b0ys don't know s**t about the oldschool breakdancing era. Now they dance with s**tty music that makes their moves look weak. OldSkool forever Baby!!! Don't stop the body? rock!

and today people do ...
and today people do? Today people think that hip hop is Tupac and other hyper-masculine rappers surrounded by submissive females. This is how hip hop started and ended. What started in the 90's is a completely different trend. It is a very? well known fact.

ha ha? ha wow
ha ha? ha wow

I think what he's ...
I think what he's saying is that the reporters' interpretation of the origins of bboying are wrong. If you look closely, the moves are? more inspired by some African tribal dances, Capoeira, and most recently, gymnastics than any sort of ballet. Though his choice of diction was a bit stinging, he makes a good point.

who failed to show? ...
who failed to show? respect?

Are those bob-sled ...
Are those bob-sled outfits??

I? think this was ...
I? think this was cutting edge for it's time and needs to be seen.I say respect others and other will resect you.Comments like that have no place here! Show some respect.Long live the Canadian Floor Masters!Still kick'n in Canada!

haha a blend of ...
haha a blend of black funk music and white balet? thats not? correct at all. stupid f**ks.
